The JTX Strider-X7’s electro-magnetic resistance system has a 16 point range and a 12.5kg flywheel. The low resistance levels are perfect for a warm up/cool down and for users with limited cross training experience. While at the top end the resistance delivers a challenging workout for more experienced users. The Magnetic Brake System offers quiet and smooth pedalling no matter how hard you are working.
SUPPORTIVE 16 INCH STRIDE LENGTH
We have designed the JTX Strider-X7 home cross trainer with a 16” stride length. Most adults need a cross trainer to have a 16” stride to support the natural length of each step. Cross trainers with a smaller stride length will restrict the users ability to exercise effectively. Cross trainers with larger stride lengths allow users to exercise at a more intensive level.
FULL COLOUR TOUCH SCREEN WITH 21 PROGRAMS
The user friendly computer is both touch screen and colour. It tracks all the metrics you need: time, distance, speed and calories as well as body fat and pulse measurement. It also comes with an impressive 21 programs. The hill, interval, fat burning and heart rate programs will keep your training varied. Quick start buttons ensure you can crank the resistance quickly when you are ready for that extra push or during interval training.

DESIGN YOUR OWN TRAINING PROGRAMS
The JTX Strider-X7 elliptical cross trainer allows you to design and save up to four personalised training programs. Together with the 21 pre-installed workouts this guarantees there is something for all training interests and abilities.
EASY TO MOVE INTO POSITION
The transport castors at the front of the cross trainer allows it to be moved out of site after you finish your workout. Adjustable floor pads allow the cross trainer to be placed on slightly uneven surfaces.
RESPONSIVE HEART RATE TRAINING
Target heart rate training can be used to achieve goals ranging from fat burning to maximum aerobic capacity development. A target heart rate is selected depending on your goal and the computer then adjusts the resistance as you train to keep you in your chosen heart rate zone. This is one of the most efficient forms of cardio training.
